planting and early development of the winter rapeseed crops. Reports suggest
that the planting activities are complete. Colder temperatures slow
Mostly favorable conditions for winter rapeseed through western and central
Europe at this time. Wetness may be of some concern in the east. Winter
rapeseed is likely dormant at this time.
