Episodes of rain Wednesday-Thursday. Moderate to heavy totals are expected. Dry 
weather Friday. Dry conditions or just a little light rain Saturday. 
Temperatures below normal. 
    Irrigation was seen running on most days in Florida. Canals and ditches are 
low due to the lack of rainfall over the past several weeks. Citrus trees are 
between full and 
open bloom to bloom beginning to fall off the trees. Valencia orange harvest is 
in full swing 
    Favorable weather for developing citrus in Sao Paulo Brazil. 
    Citrus areas of the Mediterranean region have been drier and somewhat 
warmer during the past week. A favorable development for some after recent 
cold, wet continues. Dryness may still be of some concern in eastern Spain. 
    Showers have also recently occurred in citrus areas in Tunisia and Algeria. 
Morocco and western Algeria have recently benefited from increasing shower 
activity. Temperatures are more variable at this time with some colder weather 
during the week.
