Mumbai, 22 Sep (Commoditiescontrol):The National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd (NAFED) has initiated a tendering process for the supply of Masoor Whole (Red Lentil, Domestic Crop R-23 and Imported Stock Crop Year 2022 Onward) NON-GMO. Interested suppliers are invited to submit their bids for this nationwide opportunity.
Key Details of the Tender are as follows:
Submission Dates: Bids will be accepted on all working Mondays & Wednesdays, starting 27th September 2023.
Timings: All entries should be sent by 13:00 hrs and will be reviewed at 14:00 hrs.
Submission Mode: Bids must be emailed in a password-protected format to importedmasur23@nafed-india.com.
Quantity: The initial order starts at a minimum of 1000 MTs, with subsequent orders in multiples of 500 MTs.
Quality & Packaging: Adherence to FSSAI standards is mandatory. The lentils should be packed in a 50 Kg PP Bag or a new SBT gunny Bag, marked with crop year, origin, and supplier details.
Delivery: Prices should account for transport up to 100 km to a designated warehouse.
Duration: Once a purchase order is issued, suppliers are given 45 working days for delivery.
Pricing: Bidders must include all associated costs in their pricing, such as taxes, duties, levies, and transport up to 100km.
Bid Validity: Submitted bids will remain active for two working days, excluding the submission day.
