Mumbai, April 11 (Commodities Control): Tur prices in the Solapur pulse market witnessed a decline, as buyers remained inactive. Conversely, chana prices rose as millers were actively responding to robust demand in dal.
The Pink variety new tur prices decreased by 150 to trade in the range of Rs 10,900 to Rs 11,700 per quintal.The market received 25 truckloads today, while 20 trucks arrived on previous trading day.
Turning to Chana, mill-quality Chana prices surged by Rs 100 to trade within the range of Rs 5,800 to Rs 6,100 per quintal. Similarly, Annagiri Chana prices rose by Rs 150 to quote in the range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 6,500 per quintal. Today, the market saw the arrival of 2 truckloads, matching the number recorded on the previous trading day.
