New Delhi, February 16 (CommoditiesControl): Spot mentha oil prices exhibited no significant movement today, holding steady in the face of weak demand. Despite the prevailing stability in prices, market analysts attribute the lack of momentum to subdued demand conditions.
Mentha Oil contract for FEB delivery settled at Rs 900/quintal showing an rise of Rs 1.3 over previous close of Rs 898.7/quintal,The contract moved in the range of Rs 898.1-902.9 for the day. Open interest decreased by -27 MT to 650 MT, while trading volume decreased by -19 to 70 MT.
Mentha Oil contract for MAR delivery settled at Rs 912.5/quintal showing an rise of Rs 1.3 over previous close of Rs 911.2/quintal,The contract moved in the range of Rs 908.5-915 for the day. Open interest increased by 24 MT to 183 MT, while trading volume increased by 3 to 39 MT.
