Mumbai, 14 Feb (Commoditiescontrol): European stocks experienced an uptick following the release of the U.K.'s inflation data, which was lower than anticipated.
This positive trend contrasted with the mixed performance in Asian markets. Meanwhile, Wall Street is poised for a positive opening. France's CAC 40 climbed by 0.4%, and Germany's DAX index edged up slightly by 0.1%.
The oil sector largely benefitted, correlating with a minor 0.1% rise in Brent crude prices, which reached $82.88 per barrel. Futures trading suggests that the Dow Jones Industrial Average will open at 38,361, an improvement over its previous close of 38,272.
