Kapas Arrivals Reach 24,000 Bales in Major Producing States

New Delhi, June 21 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in the mandis of major producing states across India reached 24,000 bales on Friday, an increase from the previous day's arrival of 22,000 bales.

Out of the total arrivals, Punjab, Haryana, and Upper and Lower Rajasthan received 600 bales. Gujarat saw the arrival of 6,000 bales, while Maharashtra reported 13,000 bales. Madhya Pradesh received 600 bales, and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana reported an arrival of 1,300 bales. Tamil Nadu accounted for 1,500 bales, and Karnataka saw 1,000 bales arriving in its mandis. Odisha reported no arrivals.
