New Delhi, June 13 (Commodities Control): On Thursday, the cotton markets of major producing states in India reported the arrival of 24,500 bales, maintaining the same level as the previous trading day.
Out of the total arrivals, 900 bales were received in Punjab, Haryana, and Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat saw the arrival of 5,000 bales, while Maharashtra received 13,000 bales. In Madhya Pradesh, 700 bales arrived, and the combined regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana recorded 2,700 bales.
Additionally, Tamil Nadu markets saw the arrival of 1,000 bales, Karnataka received 1,200 bales, and Odisha reported no arrivals.
