Cotton Arrivals in Major Producing States of India Witnessed a Decline

New Delhi, April 26 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in the markets of major producing states of India on Friday totaled 31,350 bales, marking a decrease from the previous trading day's arrival of 35,200 bales.

Of the total arrivals, 1,400 bales arrived in Punjab and Haryana along with Upper and Lower Rajasthan. 8,000 bales arrived in Gujarat, 15,000 bales in Maharashtra, 1,800 bales in Madhya Pradesh and 3,000 bales in Andhra Pradesh-Telangana. Apart from this, 150 bales arrived in Tamil Nadu, 2,000 bales in Karnataka mandis and 0 bales arrived in Odisha.
