Mumbai, April 18 (Commodities Control): The Mumbai pulse market has experienced a steady trend in tur, urad, and chana prices, while there has been a slight change in the prices of masoor and matar. Here are the latest updates from the market:
Pigeon Pea (Tur): Prices remain stable with lemon tur trading at Rs 10,950 per quintal. Matwara variety tur is quoted at Rs 10,200 per quintal, Mozambique Gajri at Rs 10,300 per quintal, Mozambique White at Rs 10,500 per quintal, and Sudan variety tur at Rs 11,500 per quintal.
Pea (Matar): Russian Yellow pea ex-Mumbai port prices fell slightly by Rs 25, quoting Rs 4,100 to 4,200 per quintal. Canada Yellow pea ex-Mumbai port decreased by Rs 25, quoting Rs 4,375 per quintal. Russian Yellow pea ex-Hajira port prices dipped by Rs 25 to quote Rs 4,225 per quintal. Canada Yellow pea ex-Hajira port also dipped by Rs 25 to quote Rs 4,300 per quintal. Russian Yellow pea ex-Mundra port quoted Rs 4,225 per quintal, while Canada Yellow pea ex-Mundra port quoted Rs 4,300 per quintal.
Urad: FAQ Urad prices remained stable during the opening session of trade at Rs 9,450 per quintal.
Chickpea (Chana): The Sudan variety of chana remained steady at Rs 6,800 per quintal, while the Tanzania variety decreased by Rs 25 to quote Rs 5,900 per quintal.
Lentil (Masoor): Prices of Canada Masoor ex-Mundra port decreased by Rs 50 to quote Rs 6,050 per quintal. Similarly, Canada Masoor ex-Hajira port prices dropped, quoting Rs 6,100 per quintal. Canada Crimson lentils in containers are priced at Rs 6,225 per quintal, and Australia Nipper lentils in containers quote Rs 6,025 per quintal, both down by Rs 25 each.
