NEW DELHI (Commodities control) Mixed trend prevailed in turmeric trade in across markets. The prices remained stable for all the varieties in Nizamabad but it gained in Basmatnagar for Gattha and Finger varieties. In Warangal market, Gattha lost Rs. 200 to Rs. 4400-4500 per quintal. Finger variety of turmeric slipped Rs. 300 to Rs. 4500-4600 per quintal in Warangal market. Gattha turmeric fell down by Rs. 50 to Rs. 5000-5250 per quintal in Nanded. The prices remained steady in all other market. Turmeric traded was thin in few market after Diwali.
