Coriander Prices Crashed Amid Improved Arrivals

Mumbai (commodities control) Coriander prices came down sharply amid weak demand and increased arrivals.

NCDEX june contract of coriander lost Rs 94 or 1.65% to settle at Rs 5620/quintal. Spot prices of the green spice were dull in Guna of M.P. and Ramganj mandi of Rajasthan as well. Ramganj mandi reported 15,000 bags of arrivals today as Badami coriander traded Rs 50 lower at Rs 4700-4800. Eagle variety was priced at Rs 4900-5100 per quintal Today. Scooter variety in Guna mandi was quited at Rs 5500-6000/quintal, down Rs 500 amid arrivals of 25,000 bags. Rajkot registered arrivals of 3000 bags and Gondal witnessed arrivals of nearly 12,000 bags of coriander.
