Solapur Pulse Market Sees Surge in Tur and Chana Prices

Mumbai, May 25 (Commodities Control): Amid millers buying activity, Solapur pulse market has witnessed increase in tur prices this morning. Similarly, chana prices also rose slightly.

The Pink variety new tur prices increased by Rs 150 to trade in the range of Rs 11,100 to Rs 12,600 per quintal. However, average quality tur prices maintained stability to trade in the range of Rs 10,700 to Rs 11,900 per quintal. Today, the market saw arrival of 15 truckloads, while arrival of 11 trucks noted on previous trading day.

Turning to Chana, mill-quality Chana prices surged by Rs 50 to trade in the range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 6,650 per quintal. Similarly, Annagiri Chana prices increased by Rs 50 to quote in the range of Rs 6,700 to Rs 6,850 per quintal. Today, the market saw the arrival of 5 truckloads, matching the arrival figure noted on the previous trading day.
