New Delhi, May 15 (Commodities Control): In Guna Mandi, coriander prices remained stable despite a decline in arrivals. Badami was priced at Rs 6700/8000, Scooter at Rs 7600/8200, Eagle at Rs 6800/7200, with incoming bags at Rs 7000.
Conversely, in Kumbhraj Mandi, a demand surge for Eagle variety due to limited arrivals led to a market upswing of Rs 100. Prices for Badami were Rs 6500/6800, Eagle at Rs 7000/7300 (+100), and Scooter at Rs 7500/8000, with 10,000 bags arriving.
Dhaniya contract for MAY delivery settled at Rs 7254/quintal showing an was simillar of Rs 0 over previous close of Rs 7254/quintal,The contract moved in the range of Rs 7160-7384 for the day. Open interest decreased by -40 MT to 350 MT, while trading volume decreased by -120 to 65 MT.
Dhaniya contract for JUN delivery settled at Rs 7450/quintal showing an rise of Rs 54 over previous close of Rs 7396/quintal,The contract moved in the range of Rs 7404-7492 for the day. Open interest decreased by -95 MT to 27775 MT, while trading volume decreased by -1435 to 2960 MT.
Currently The spread between MAY and JUN contract is -196 Rs/quintal.
