Malaysia's March 1-15 Palm Oil Exports Up 3.5% MoM: SGS

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Exports of Malaysian palm oil products for March 1-15 rose by 3.5 percent to 697,483 tonnes from 674,129 tonnes in February 1-15, cargo surveyor Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) said on Friday.

Exports to India were at 138,550 tonnes compared to 235,770 tonnes. However, outward shipments rose to European Union from 142,895 tonnes to 147,530 tonnes. China also imported 102,950 tonnes of Malaysian palm oil as against 79,945 tonnes in the same period a month ago.
