China State Reserve Keeps 29,705 Tonnes of Cotton for Auction on July 18

MUMBAI(Commoditiescontrol)- China reserved a total of 29,705 tonnes of cotton in the State Reserve Auction on July 18.

The reserved cotton will be auctioned in two sessions during the day, with 14,872 tonnes to be auctioned in first session and the rest 14,833 tonnes in second session. 

The floor auction price set for the week (July 17-21) fell to fresh low at 14,964 yuan/tonne. (Full Report)

China State Reserve sold 68.89 percent at 20,702 tonnes of the total quantity reserved for the auction on July 17 at 30,052 tonnes.(Full Report)
