MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) - Peak arrival has almost started in Ramgunj mandi, Rajasthan. During first week of March 2019, the market received 57,000 bags. It will increase further in coming days. However on peak arrivals, price witnessed a slight increase compared to previous week. The current season’s production is estimated to be 10-11% lower compared to last season. Price of Badami variety is expected to range between INR 51 and 54 per kg levels during next week.
Technical-NCDEX April-2019-Review and outlook
Coriander prices have made a high of INR 7160 per quintal during Nov-2018 and since then made a low of close to 6000 during mid-Feb-2019. For the first time chart is signaling downtrend is over and the prices are about to move upward bias. During the current season production is expected to be lower than that of last season, which bodes well for up move.
Support is seen at 6350-6300-6240 and in the worst case the level of 6150 to hold
Coriander prices are likely to move higher towards 6700-6800/6850 levels going forward.
