Pakistan July Cotton Imports Decline; Cotton Yarn Shipment Rises

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Pakistan raw cotton imports during the month of July dropped nearly 34 percent at 15,079 metric tonnes compared to a month earlier and also from 17,543 metric tonnes same period a year ago.

At the same time its cotton yarn exports in July month surged to 44,501 metric tonnes from 38,398 metric tonnes in June. It shipped 38,761 metric tonnes of cotton yarn same period a year ago.
