Support has been witnessed on the averages. The 55 VA is above 89 VA which is indicating that bull market movement is still being witnessed. Price are above both the average. The recent peak of 19589 is being tested now. Further breakout and close above 19623 can set a rally to 20700. Support is at 18900.
