Chana Arrivals Slipped 11.64% In Delhi So Far This Season

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) - Chana arrivals at the key Lawrence road market of Delhi during the current season 2017 (March to 22 June, 2017) dropped 11.64% at 12,325 trucks (Each truck weigh approx 23 tonne), according to data compiled by commoditiescontrol. The market witnessed supply of 13,949 trucks same period a year ago.

Lawrence road is the benchmark market for chana trade in the country and it receives majority of supply from Rajasthan and then followed by Madhya Pradesh.



Note: According to trade sources each truck from Rajasthan usually contain 200-300 quintal of chana and 200-225 quintal from Madhya Pradesh.
