MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) - The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) has invited tenders for auction of 2014-15 Pakistani cotton lying at its Pipri Godown, Karachi. Tenders are supposed to be submitted latest by 1100 PST 29th July, 2015. For the purpose, the TCP has kept minimum offer at 200 bales, while no limit has been fixed on maximum offer.
Reserve price for the cotton sale, which is yet to be decided, will be calculated on the average Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) spot rates from 14-28 July, 2015 for base grade-III, staple length 1-1/16. No offer shall be entertained below the reserve price, according to the TCP.
