MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) - Canada may export less matar (field pea) in 2018/19 than earlier forecast, according to recent updated supply/demand tables from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The tables only included minor or no adjustments from the previous month for most crops.

Total pulse and special crop ending stocks for 2018/19 are now pegged at 1.975 million tonnes, which compares with the October estimate of 1.760 million and the 2017/18 carryout of 1.663 million tonnes.
