Traders attribute this trend to the abundant supply, with over 2 lakh bales arriving across the country daily. Any significant price improvement is unlikely unless arrivals drop below this threshold.

- Kapas Prices: Stable at ₹1,300–1,480 per 20 kg.
- Cotton Prices:
- 29mm Cotton: ₹53,700–₹54,200 per candy.
- 28.5mm Cotton: ₹53,000–₹53,200 per candy.
- V 797 Cotton: ₹42,000–₹42,500 per candy.
Mandi Arrivals
Kapas arrivals in major mandis of Gujarat:
- Rajkot: 17,000 maunds
- Botad: 30,000 maunds
- Halvad: 22,000 maunds
- Babra: 15,000 maunds
- Amreli: 8,000 maunds
- Gadhada: 6,000 maunds
Statewide cotton arrivals stood at 28,000 bales, with each bale weighing 170 kg.
