Cotton Arrivals in Major Producing States Total 98,300 Bales

New Delhi, November 9 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in mandis across India reached 98,300 bales on Saturday, a decrease from 1,24,000 bales recorded on the previous trading day.

Breakdown of arrivals by state shows: Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan (Upper and Lower) received 14,300 bales; Gujarat reported 25,000 bales; Maharashtra saw 18,000 bales; Madhya Pradesh recorded 8,000 bales; Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together reported 15,000 bales.

Meanwhile, Karnataka recorded 18,000 bales, while Tamil Nadu and Odisha had no arrivals.
