Indore, October 8 (Commodities Control): The cotton market in Madhya Pradesh has reported a significant decline of 3,500 bales in the arrival of new Kapas at local mandis, leading to an uptick in prices. The current arrival figures now stand at 6,000 to 6,500 bales, each bale weighing 170 kg. This reduction has prompted Kapas prices to rise by Rs 100 to Rs 200 per quintal, reflecting increased demand.
