Total 10,700 Cotton Bales Arrive in Major Producing States Across the Country

New Delhi, August 3 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in mandis across the country on Saturday totaled 10,700 bales, compared to 11,700 bales on the previous working day.

Of the total arrivals, 100 bales arrived in Punjab, Haryana, and Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat received 2,500 bales, while Maharashtra saw the highest arrivals with 5,000 bales. Madhya Pradesh reported zero arrivals.

In Andhra Pradesh-Telangana, 1,100 bales were recorded. Tamil Nadu mandis saw arrivals of 1,500 bales, and Karnataka recorded 500 bales. Odisha reported zero bales
