MUMBAI, Dec 1 (Commoditiescontrol): New Moong extend rise by Rs 100 at Rs 6,500-7,400/100Kg at Merta market of Rajasthan amid improved mills purchase due to good quality despite increased arrivals of 7,000 Katta.
On other hand, commodity remained weak by Rs 50-100/100kg at Jalgaon and Latur market of Maharashtra on thin mill buying due to thin offtake in processed Moong.
At Gulbarga and Gadag market of Karnataka, new Moong traded weak each by Rs 100 at Rs 6,500-7,400/100kg and Rs 6,000-7,000, respectively on slack trade for polish at prevailing rates and slow offtake in processed Moong.
While, commodity extend gain by Rs 200 at Rs 6,600-7,550/100Kg at Bidar market of Karnataka on better demand due to good quality and less arrivals.
