Mumbai (Commodities Control) - Karnataka cotton prices were steady-to-weak on Saturday amid limited demand from yarn millers and stockists, while daily arrivals were stalled.
Domestic cotton prices dropped tracking profit booking in global markets. Having said so, there's no bearish trend in the vicinity yet, as 60% of the crop has nearly arrived and remaining is in strong hands. Cotton prices are seen improving, going ahead.
Daily cotton arrivals on Saturday were registered at 7,000 bales, unchanged from the last session.
