Chana Trades Unchanged In Delhi Despite Higher Arrivals

MUMBAI (Commodities Control) – Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh origin new Chana traded steady at Lawrence road market of Delhi, on Monday, amid limited mills buying activity, higher arrivals.

Mills are purchasing, only, as per their immediate requirements.

Demand and sale counter in processed Chana reported slow activity.

NAFED's stock liquidation at selected states and higher output estimates is keeping a lid on buyers' sentiment.

Rajasthan and M.P - origin new chana traded flat each, at Rs 4,150/100kg and Rs 4,125, respectively.

Supply in the market was 30 truckloads, up from 15 truckloads in the previous session.

Today National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) is closed due to Eid-ul-Fitr.
