Jeera Ends Firm Amid Rising Arrivals

Mumbai (Commodities Control) – Jeera manages to settle steady in spot and Futures market amid rising arrivals of the new crop. While Unjha reported arrivals of 9000 bags, Rajkot registered arrivals of 4500 bags on Friday.

Rough Jeera was quoted at Rs 2430-2530, while NCDEX variety was priced at Rs 2600-2650/20Kgs, in Unjha today. While in Rajkot, Europe quality traded at Rs 2550-2600 and Singapore quality traded at Rs 2500-2550/20Kgs.

Jeera March contract on NCDEX ended Rs 5 higher at Rs 13,650/Quintal.
