MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Most pulses upped at Naya bazaar pulses market of Delhi, on Saturday, due to better local buying activity. While, Canada-origin Masoor widened losses on slack demand.

Moreover, demand and sale counters in processed pulses were reported to be limited.

Burma-origin Tur lemon variety moved higher by Rs 25/100kg on improved buying support from local millers, following firm cues from Mumbai market.

Burma New Urad FAQ/SQ varieties gained by Rs 100/100kg on better local trade and following firm cues from Mumbai/Chennai market. Postponement of Jaipur High Court’s hearing to 6th March turned out to be a big reason for the pulse to extend upward strength. Andhra Pradesh-origin New Urad gained by Rs 200/100Kg.

Rajasthan-origin Moong traded higher by Rs 200/100Kg amid millers' demand, negligible supply and lower output.

Canada-origin Masoor fell by Rs 25/100Kg as millers refrained from purchasing at prevailing rates. While, Madhya Pradesh-origin Masoor priced unchanged.

Following are rates (Rs/100Kgs) of various pulses (Imported & Desi) in Delhi today:
