India's 2019-20 Daily Cotton Arrivals Up 34.5% Y/Y At 1,77,000 Bales On Jan 17

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) - Daily cotton arrivals at major markets of the country estimated at 1,77,000 bales on Friday, January 17, up 37.7 percent from 1,28,500 bales on January 16 and 34.5 percent from 1,31,600 bales during the same period a year ago.

Total new crop arrivals so far this 2019-20 season have reached 1,39,64,000 bales, down 5.99 percent from 1,48,53,000 bales arrived during the same period last year.
