New Moong Trades Firm Karnataka/Telangana

Mumbai (Commodities control) – New Moong traded firm as per quality at major markets of Karnataka and Telangana on Monday despite increased arrivals.

But, quality of new moong is reported to be dagi and discoloured with moisture content of around 15-20%.

Millers were active in purchasing good quality Moong.

Moong for September delivery on National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), was trading firm by 0.6 percent or by Rs 35 at Rs 6,300/100kg. Earlier, in the day, the contract hovered in the range of 6,260 and 6,300.
