MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Burma Urad FAQ variety traded higher at Kolkata pulses spot market on Friday due to local millers buying support, following firm cues from futures.

Delay in further imports due to ongoing Lok Sabha elections in India also support the prices.

Burma origin FAQ variety of urad gained by Rs 50 to Rs 4,450/100 Kg.

However, demand and trading activity in processed urad remained limited due to liquidity crunch and ongoing Loksabha election period.
