LONDON--Tethyan Resources PLC (TETH.LN) said Tuesday John Proust will replace Christopher Goss as non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Mr. Proust currently is a non-executive director of the company and representative of Southern Arc Minerals Inc. Mr. Goss resigned as non-executive chairman on June 22.
Shares at 0906 GMT unchanged at 3 pence.
