Bubs Australia Getting Cuddle from Investors -- Market Talk

15 Oct 2017 8:30 pm

2030 GMT [Dow Jones] Shares in baby food producer Bubs Australia have soured after hitting a high above A$0.90 in August, but it's now moving back up again. The stock has bounced 30% in the past three trading sessions, and Morgans thinks it has further to go after studying technical charts. That's based on the relative strength index and the moving average convergence divergence indicators turning positive from oversold territory. Morgans thinks the stock could reach A$0.70 after closing Friday at A$0.605. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
