    Scattered showers and thunderstorms in Rio Grande do Sul. Temperatures 
above to much above normal. 
    Scattered light showers Friday. Mostly dry weather Saturday-Sunday. 
Scattered showers and thunderstorms Monday. Temperatures variable Friday, near 
to below normal Saturday-Sunday, variable Monday. 
Mato Grosso, MGDS and southern Goias... 
    Dry conditions. Temperatures above normal. 
    Mostly dry weather during the next 5 days. Temperatures near to above 
normal Friday, variable Saturday, near to below normal Sunday, variable Monday. 
    Favorable conditions for developing corn in the Midwest and northern 
    Mostly favorable weather for developing corn in the Delta states although 
more rain would benefit in some western areas. Some early pollination is

improving conditions due to recent rainfall in north Italy and in east-central 
to southeast Europe.
